12 Round Beat Down w/ Tonya & Nate

Mondays

Get ready to sweat and burn some serious calories, all while building endurance and core strength. 12 rounds of high-intensity cardio training – boxers’ style. 12 rounds straight of 3 minutes on and 1 minute off of jump rope, box runs, and heavy bag boxing.

HIIT & Hard

Tuesdays
7pm – 8pm

Tonya and Nate will lead you through challenging HITT circuits, including aerobic conditioning, boxing, and plyo, and then you'll hit some heavy weights to build functional strength. Burn fat and build lean muscle!

Strengthen & Sculpt

Wednesdays

Start your Hump Day strong (& lean) by joining Tonya for muscular strength circuits with muscular endurance & toning. Strengthen & Sculpt will change your body composition -- If there's muscle there, there's not fat!

Box & Strong

Saturdays
9am – 10am

Burning fat and building muscle has never been so much fun! Box and Strong is 30 minutes of straight heavy bag and target pad boxing, and 30 minutes of heavy weights. Come get lean, toned and strong!

HOW TO: Boxing Basics

2nd Monday of the month
7pm – 8pm

This special once-a-month class is designed for new boxers looking to learn and improve their basic boxing skills. You'll learn: how to wrap your hands, what gloves you need, proper stance, basic punching and kicking combos and technique, and most importantly you'll be ready to join in on any boxing classes we offer with confidence! This workshop is recommended for anyone who has never boxed before or who is just starting out and needs to hone their basic boxing knowledge and skill set.

HOW TO: Strength Training & Weightlifting Basics

4th Monday of the month
7pm – 8pm

This special once-a-month class is designed for new strength trainers looking to learn and improve their basic lifts and bodyweight strength exercises. You'll learn how to properly perform a: squat, back row, push-up, pull-up, deadlift, overhead press, bench press and clean. AND you'll be ready to join in safely and confidently on any strength and HIIT classes we offer! This workshop is recommended for anyone who is new to working out and basic weight lifting.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-private rates range from $30-$50 based on number of sessions per week and number of people in group (max of 5). Assessments and monthly measurements included.

Initial Consultation & Fitness Assessment

Your first session will be a one-hour 1:1 consultation. We’ll discuss health history and goals, take body measurements, and conduct a fitness assessment for ongoing benchmarking. From there, Tonya will develop a specific, personalized fitness program, inclusive of various strength and cardio workouts such as: free weights, kettle bells, boxing, HIIT, TRX® suspension training, Pilates and more. We’ll check-in monthly for body measurements and goal re-alignment, and to keep you on track.
