Personal Training

$75 for initial consult

$75 for 1 personal training/week

$65 for 2-3 trainings/week or w/ class package

$15-$30 for follow-up measurements & assessments


Semi-Private/Small-Group Training

$50ea for 2-person training

$40ea for 3-person training

$30ea for 4 person training

$25ea for 5-6 person training (if paid monthly in advance)

Workout of the Day Program (Self-Guided & Fitness Testing Required)

$95/month for 2x/week

$175/month for unlimited workouts

*Times currently available: M-F 7am, 9am, 5-7pm, & Sat 8am

*WOD workouts will not be instructor led, but rather written up on the board to follow. Advanced prerequisites must be met. Large-group classes can be subbed, as needed. WOD packages expire 4 weeks from the date of purchase & require a 3-month commitment. 3-month contracts must be cancelled in writing before the next billing cycle via email to info@tntsaratoga.com.


Large-Group Fitness Classes

$15 per drop-in class

$130 for 10-class card (expires in 45 days)

$95 for 8 classes/month (2 classes/week)

$140 for 12 classes/month (3 classes/week)

$175/month for unlimited classes

$75-$115 per hour, depending on frequency of trainings & travel distance
