Home Fitness Program

Want to step up your current fitness routine, or maybe you just can't make it into the gym? Our six-week at-home (or anywhere!) program is available for download for just $99 and includes week-by-week high-intensity cardio, strength and core workouts, nutrition and workout tips, warm-ups, cool-downs and stretches. No equipment necessary! Burn fat and build muscle anywhere, anytime!

Power Builder Program

Want to focus specifically on body building and power lifting? Then this program is for you! Workouts will be sent two weeks at a time for this six-week program. Geared towards those specifically interested in weightlifting, building strength and toning muscles. This program is $99 and can be done on your own time or at the gym during your scheduled small group/private trainings (not during large-group classes). Weights and equipment are needed, and additional standard training fees are required if at the gym training with us.

Better Self Program

Invest in your best self yet for $360 (that’s just $60 a week)! Join our holistic 6-week program to a better you. Here's what you get:

  • $120 for 12 large-group classes (2 workouts/week) w/ Tonya & Nate Robinson

  • $120 for 2 1-hour massages w/ Ashely Robinson, LMT

  • $120 for 1 30-minute health/nutrition consult & 1-hour grocery store tour with Barb Biagioli, CHC
